buyers and sellers, throughout the years.  We have the

expertise to clear complex title issues, condominium

conversions, and we handle both residential and commercial

transactions.  We understand that purchasing real estate is a

major investment, and we work with all our clients closely

throughout the entire process to ensure a smooth and "stress free" transaction.

Personal Injury

We represent clients who have suffered injuries and

whose lives have been affected by their injuries. 

Some of the types of cases we handle are auto accidents,

motorcycle accidents, slip and fall, dog bites, property

and product injuries, and wrongful death.

Family Law

Family law encompasses a large area of law.  Some areas of practice include uncontested divorce, where both

parties agree on the terms of the divorce, saving much time and expense for the parties involved.  Contested

divorce, where parties do not agree on divorce terms.  Separate support, where spouses are living separate and on

party seeks financial support.  Child custody, child support, and modifications, where we assist our clients in

resolving or changing court orders.

Wills and Probate

We handle probates of small and large estates alike.  In addition, we assist many of our clients in preparing their last

will and testament, family trusts, healthcare proxy, and durable power of attorney. 

Everyone should havean Estate Plan in place, and we work with each individual to tailor their plan to their specific

needs and desires.

Business Organization and Transactions

Our firm represents clients in business and commercial transactions.  We assist our clients in review of purchase and

sale agreements, purchase or sales of businesses, creation of limited liability companies, partnerships, and

corporations.
